Field Technician (Metro Manila)

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy assets: You will assist in planning and executing asset deployment to designated field locations; including machine installation, activation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders for operational efficiency.
• Collect assets: You are expected to regularly visit field locations to collect assets, and to safely transport them to our designated location.
• Troubleshoot and Decommission: You are expected to perform minor troubleshooting and diagnosis to resolve simple technical issues, and determine whether the assets require repair or decommissioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will be working closely with a diverse set of individuals which expects you to escalate complex issues, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives of the company.
• Generate insights: You will serve as our end-users’ primary ambassadors who will help relay their feedback and pain points to the leadership team as they continuously share their experience in using our services.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Technical Certification in a relevant field such as Electronics, Engineering Technology, or Information Technology
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in field deployment, asset management, or related roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results
• Keen cultural awareness
• Can work a flexible schedule
• Amenable to work on-site, preferably residing in close proximity to Kapitolyo, Pasig
• Valid Driver's License (1, 2) and clean driving record

Nice-to-haves:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Has experienced working with local customers (Philippines)
• Passionate about EVs and motorcycles
