Job Description

We are looking for an Clerical Assistant to perform clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. The Clerical Assistant is responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling meetings. You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.

The Clerical Assistant will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and clients.
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
  • Making travel arrangements for executives.
  • Manage agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
  • File and update contact information of employees, clients, and suppliers.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Check the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
  • Printing and copying documents as needed.
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration or any related course.
  • Proven work experience as an Executive Secretary or relevant role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Willing to work at Pasay City
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
