Job Description
- Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs
- Estimate quantity and costs of materials
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
- Measure and value the work done on site
- Conducts periodic site inspection on all projects to check the application and workmanship of contractors in terms of quality
- Prepare progress billings/accomplishment for the organization
- Perform risk management and cost control for the company
- Prepares project manpower, materials and work schedules
- Supervise project work progress and generate work progress or accomplishment reports
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
- Keep track of construction materials and inventory
- Advise clients on improvements, strategies, and/or estimated costs
- Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
