Job Description
- Carry out and assist with our marketing and communication strategies.
- Ensure a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team on client success stories, environmental branding, virtual and immersive experiences, content assets, and other day-to-day activities.
- Be in charge of quarterly metrics reporting and generate key findings from data in order to identify trends and big impact moments.
- Assist the team with organizational tasks such as post-call recaps, scheduling follow-ups, and collaborating closely with other teams such as creative, event management, people engagement, and learning development.
- Maintain and organize assets and materials through the use of the company's internal knowledge-sharing and collaboration tools.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of other marketing campaigns as needed.
