Job Description
General description: Assists the College’s Registrar in organizing academic records of students and alumni, and in providing support in enrolments, commencement exercises, and other institutional and/or CHED-required academic activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares, encodes, updates, and files permanent records of students.
- Attends inquiries regarding admissions policies, enrollment procedures, and requests for transcripts of records, transfer credentials, and other general policies and procedures of the office.
- Checks and follows-up on enrollment submission requirements such as credentials, transcript of records (Form-137), report card (Form-138), birth certificate, etc.
- Attends to students’ different academic document requests
- Evaluates students’ academic standing.
- Assists the College Registrar in preparing documents for the application of Special Orders.
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Registrar.
Minimum Qualification Standards:
- A Filipino Citizen
- A graduate of a four-year course, preferably in office and Business Administration or computer-related courses.
- Knowledgeable in using different Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Etc.
- With good communication skills in both Filipino and English and digital literacy
