Job Description
- Attends and complies to the administrative and clerical needs and other logistical requirements (airline tickets, hotel accommodations, van and venue rental, and documentations) of the office;
- Gathers accurate information and collates, consolidates, monitors, and maintains files/reports from regional offices for proper documentation;
- Prepares, submits, processes, and reviews accurately cash advances, travel authorities/itinerary of travel, petty cash fund reimbursements, and liquidations;
- Coordinates and disseminates internal and external communications to regional offices, CMP-Mobilizers, non-government organizations, stakeholders, and other partners;
- Screens phone calls regarding projects;
- Promptly lists requests/schedules of meetings in the calendar of the department;
- Maintains documents, information, and other confidential data relevant to the operations; and
- Performs other functions, tasks, duties, and responsibilities in furtherance of the Group targets
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience
Training: 4 hours of training relevant to the job
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Executive, clerical and administrative assistance
- Business Correspondence
- Able to deal, liaise, and communicate effectively with internal and external clients
- Able to work and deliver under pressure and within deadlines
- Willing to do field work
