Job Highlights
Job Purpose:
Responsible for supporting end-users as well as services clients on agreed IT implementations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with the supervisor and team for direction and plans.
- Maintains I.T. hardware and software capabilities; maintains servers, firewalls, switches, and
- other network-related equipment.
- Implement a remote access connection.
- Sets up hardware and installs software programs.
- Sets up username and access for new employees.
- Provides reports and updates to the supervisor (e.g., equipment and inventory status, problems
- and incidents encountered).
- Implement security systems, policies, and procedures.
- Proposes innovation and constant generation of ideas; brainstorms, suggests ideas and
- improvements that will contribute to client and company growth.
- Provides Overall Desktop/Network support with partner clients onsite or thru remote
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineer or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Has a clear understanding and can clearly follow instructions and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Microsoft).
- Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Basic knowledge on, LAN and WAN.
- Skills troubleshooting computers, set up, and installation of hardware and software, basic technical documentation.
