Possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Demonstrate a minimum of 11 years of relevant work experience, which ideally includes leadership as Head of IT, particularly with oversight of global regions.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams of 200+ employees, with a specific focus on areas such as Infrastructure, Project Management, Security, and Compliance.
