Qualifications:

At least 4 years of experience in reporting and analytics

Must have: intermediate to advanced Excel, Access, and Excel dashboarding experience.
proficient in using SQL, OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
can manage huge amounts of data in Excel and use SQL to pull queries from these Excel files.
Experience in developing dashboards, visualizations, and understandable reports for the business
Experience working in the BPO/Contact Center Industry
Experience in in creating SQL scripting from scratch
Knowledgeable in building an SSIS & SSRS script from scratch and connecting SQL to a data source.
