Job Description

• Direct, oversee, monitor and report on project activities for Smart Order Project
• Create, maintain and update project deployment plan and schedule
• Coordinate various project workstreams and with project resources working on project activities including IT development, sales analytics, deployment, training and tracking/reporting  
• Manage delivery across cross-functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines and schedules
• Prepare project status reports and communications to project team and project stakeholders.
• Organize and lead regular project update meetings to share and review progress, communicate risks and issues and share plans for next period
• Coordinate change requests with regional and global IT Product Teams
• Create and maintain project risks and issues log.  Track and report potential issues, and manage project issues, ensuring resolution with various issue owners
• Take project lessons learned from one deployment to improve the subsequent deployment batches / phases
• Develop system documentation required for user manuals and training
• Conduct post-project evaluation and handover after project closure

Job Qualifications

• Prior experience leading IT system deployment projects, preferably in CPG/FMCG companies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to coordinate with team members and management, and communicate/explain technical issues
• Organization and time management skills to keep project on track and within quality/budget
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during the project
• Able to work effectively with stakeholders from all levels of the organization, both local and regional/global, as well as external partners
• Willing to travel to Distributor and Store locations (GMA, South Luzon, North Luzon, VisMin)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
• Highly skilled in using MS Office applications
• Professional certification in project management preferred
