EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT for an onsite assignment (graveyard shift)

We are seeking top-notch talent with the following skills:

• Digital Asset Centralization

• Digital Marketing Strategy and Agency Relations

• Operational Efficiency

• Integration Structure for onboarding of new practices

Other Responsibilities:

• Updating / modernizing Facebook pages

• Managing social media calendars and working with practices to generate local content

• Organizing / managing the media library

• Organizing / managing marketing vendor invoices, receipts, contracts, etc

• Creation / implementation / centralization of Google Analytics containers for each of the practice websites

• Implementation / management of a directory (e.g., Google Business Page) syndication utility to centralize management of the practice directory listings

• Claim all unclaimed listings on directories like Google, Bing, Yelp and LinkedIn

• Review solicitation / reputation management

• Data consolidation / reporting

• General admin (email triage, scheduling, meeting prep, etc)
