Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide service and customer support during field visits.
- Travel to job sites to troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and service LPG equipment.
- Assist in on-site installation, repair, maintenance, testing and commissioning.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Comply to Technical Department procedures, protocols, and safety policies.
- Cooperate with Technical Team and share valuable information across the organization.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
Skills and qualifications
- High school graduate, college undergraduate, or graduate of any 2-year vocational course are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Willing to work irregular shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license.
