With TESDA certificate and certificate of employment
With experience in the same field is an advantage
Excellent Trouble-Shooting Ability
Flexible and can work on a fast-paced environment
Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health
Experience of working within the malls preferred but not essential
Punctuality and reliability are very important
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Do standard operating procedure, check and refill all tanks for mall supply
Check water flow
Check all pump room, sumpit and lift station
Do water meter reading
Change air blower (air blower needs change run every hour)
Reading water meter all Tenant
Grease and Change Belt
Monitoring of Equipment
Assist contractor
Assist tenant call and service call
Do on call duties as needed
