Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services.
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers to ensure the best deal.
  • Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts.
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Review quality of purchased products.
  • Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
  • Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
  • Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
  • Updating all records of purchased products.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices.
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures.
  • Ability to create financial reports and cost analyses.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Willing to work at Pasay City
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
