Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers to ensure the best deal.
- Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Review quality of purchased products.
- Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
- Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Updating all records of purchased products.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer or similar role.
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices.
- Understanding of supply chain procedures.
- Ability to create financial reports and cost analyses.
- Negotiation skills.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Willing to work at Pasay City
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
