BuddyBoss (Rapyd) is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our company. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our hosting products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with information related to our hosting solutions and services solutions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Communicating the benefits of our cloud-based hosting solutions to clients, showing how they can improve their business operations.
  • Partner with various functional teams in responding to questions on data reporting, key business metrics, preparing ad-hoc analyses, pulling supporting data, etc.
  • Leverage various types of data (sales, marketing, customer, etc.) and follow analytical best practices to deliver accurate, timely, and unbiased view of performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our hosting products and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing all inquiries from clients in a timely and effective manner.
  • Understand client's needs and business objectives, and develop plans to exceed them
  • Manage a team of client service representatives, ensure they are executing their job duties effectively
  • Provide regular reports on client performance, work with senior management to develop strategies for growth
  • Analyze customer data to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement
  • Work with the clients to develop and execute on strategies that increase revenue and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track and manage client issues, support solutions, and ensure effective communication with clients
  • Manage contract renewal processes
  • Upsell and cross sell pre existing customers
  • Meet with customers to identify additional needs
  • Advise on rules of engagement and contract processes.
  • Develop and maintain data models to analyze key business decisions.
  • Work across a mix of proactive projects and reactive support for business stakeholders in Marketing & Sales
  • Revenue enablement process enhancements.

 

Relevant experience and abilities

 

  • Previous experience as an account manager in a cloud-based hosting solution company
  • Experience selling cloud hosting solutions at a technology company
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technology and ability to communicate technical information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and solve client issues
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High level of proficiency in English - written and spoken
  • Excellent critical thinking skills that allow you to assess opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ability to succeed and embody a growth mindset in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail plus the ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and opportunities with frequently changing priorities
  • Must be a self-starter with strong organization skills
