Job Description
- Ensures proper documentation of each vehicle sale by processing all the pertinent papers.
- Establish the said standard documentation process.
- Take ownership of bank financing transactions related to vehicle sales, from filing credit applications & securing approvals to booking accounts & collecting proceeds & incentives.
- Process sales of items ancillary to vehicle sales, primarily insurance and accessories.
- Take ownership of vehicle inventory, including proper monitoring, purchase order processing & assignments to sales.
- Prepare reports related to vehicle inventory.
- Perform another administrative task that will be agreed between you & your direct line manager.
