TASKS
• Plans and contacts the client for any urgent issues that might require attention or greater priority.
• Offers the customer a prompt, thorough, and accurate resolution.
• Ensures that all incidents/transactions that need to be tracked down and addressed properly are handled.
• After searching through the database (search systems) and/or client systems, if any conflicting details are discovered (client address discrepancies—if part of protocol—depending on the sort of back-office procedure the CSR works on), the CSR should notify the TL of the inconsistency.
• Notifies the TL of any problems, warning signs, or potential sources of discontent as well as chances for process and workflow improvement.
• Creates and sends a proofreading transmittal to the customers so they can check it for errors.
• Notifies the client through email when files or batches are downloaded from the system.
• Ensures compliance for high-quality service by using process maps, flowcharts, and checklists as a guide when handling questions, orders, claims, and returns.

Job Specifications
• At least college level (2 years) or has completed at least 72 college units.
• Must have above-average communication skills
• Must be service-oriented.
• Preferably with experience in customer service
