Join Tech Mahindra's UK Telco Account as a Customer Service Representative & Technical Service Representative and provide world-class support to customers! Work Setup: Onsite

Shift: Mid Shift

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications services, billing, and account management.

• Provide solutions to customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Offer guidance on product features and updates, ensuring customers maximize their usage.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns and improve service delivery.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing personalized solutions.

Qualifications:

• Preferably at least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a telecommunications or BPO setting.

• At least a Senior High School Graduate or a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond with empathy.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt to evolving customer needs and telecommunications services.

• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Familiarity with telecommunications systems is an advantage but not required.
