Job Description:

*Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery

*Review other designers’ work to ensure high quality

*Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software

*Apply typography techniques

*Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services

*Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects

*Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met

*Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

*Handle Final Artworks and study the ins and outs of how Visual Studio works on FAs, prints, production and fabrication.

*Assist Production Officer in print production duties, when necessary

*Expected to work/collaborate with our creative & account teams

*Work on graphic design, compose artworks, adaptation, do revisions, preparing files for production print according to templates and print requirements.

*Close interaction with creative, account and production teams to ensure delivery deadlines are met

*Other adhoc duties may be assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

*Minimum 4 years working experience in related field , especially in Production or Advertising Agency as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role

*Candidate must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator

*Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software is a plus.

*Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts elements and layouts

*Well versed in dimensions, different print materials, bleeds, colour (RGB/CMYK), file formats, image resolution

*Keen attention to details and willing to learn

*Responsible, efficient and proactive team player

*Independent, resourceful, able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or related field;

Others:

*Work from home set up

*Must Own a personal computer for graphic design until confirmation

*Company will issue a new personal computer upon confirmation (6 months)

Salary Range: Php 38,000 - Php 45,000
