Job Description
As a Multimedia Specialist, your role involves creating top-quality creatives that seamlessly match with the brand and its business goals. You will collaborate with workflow coordinators, art directors, and content teams to translate creative concepts into impactful materials.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualize and create multimedia assets such as motion graphics for websites, e-learning modules, internal SharePoint sites, and social media platforms
- Communicate with clients, understand design needs while sharing ideas
- Offer unique, innovative, and effective design concepts to clients
- Ensure adherence to the brand’s guidelines, meet expectations for quality, aesthetics, and deadlines
- Stay updated on current design trends
- Guide and support junior team members on best design practices
- Effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines efficiently
Work under minimal supervision
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design or related field
- With 7-9 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Animate, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- With strong background in motion graphics and video production
- With good collaboration and communication skills
- With creative problem-solving skills
- Experience working with global clients
