Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to handle an account related to Cryptocurrency gaming.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customer at all time.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Handle inbound /outbound call, online live chat service.
- Establishing customer relations, developing loyal customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Provide customer satisfaction and professional customer support
- Initiating sales, service, promotion with customer.
- Proactively escalate any issues that would affect the customer experience
- Perform any other duties as assigned and required
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma related to Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Computer Literate and knows how to use MS Office.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and customer engagement tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Passion for online gaming and a deep understanding of the industry
- At least 1 year of work experience in customer service handling email and chat support.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and Holidays.
