Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to handle an account related to Cryptocurrency gaming.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customer at all time.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Handle inbound /outbound call, online live chat service.
  • Establishing customer relations, developing loyal customers
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Provide customer satisfaction and professional customer support
  • Initiating sales, service, promotion with customer.
  • Proactively escalate any issues that would affect the customer experience
  • Perform any other duties as assigned and required

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma related to Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Computer Literate and knows how to use MS Office.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and customer engagement tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Passion for online gaming and a deep understanding of the industry
  • At least 1 year of work experience in customer service handling email and chat support.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule and Holidays.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
