We are looking for a highly skilled Speech Therapist (ST) to join our team of healthcare professionals in Sta. Rosa Laguna. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving communication skills in patients of ages 1-18, ranging from children with language disorders to adults with speech impediments.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing speech and language disorders in patients.
• Developing customized treatment plans to improve patients’ communication skills.
• Using special techniques, exercises, and equipment to help patients master sounds, words, and phrases.
• Collaborating with patients’ families, physicians, and caregivers to ensure successful treatment outcomes.
• Providing education and resources to patients and their families to enhance communication skills in daily life.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice Speech Therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an ST in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as necessary.
