(i) Main task: Marketing

• produce various types of marketing collaterals (be it digital marketing in social media platform- Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, website or printed communications- poster, banner, flyers).
• Copywriting and content design (using Canva) upon receiving a theme/ promotional objective from the superior.
• Video editing according to requirement.
• Update and maintenance of website (including but not limited to holiday program, program timetable, Centre operating hours/ contact details).
• Attend to Facebook/ email enquiries.

(ii) Secondary task: Operations Admin cum Customer Service

• Daily administrative/operational work via WhatsApp
• Collating and updating of students’ National examination result.
• Broadcast messages to parents using Whatsapp/ MyJustEdu app from time to time.
• Promoting existing students to the next academic year’s lesson in MyJustEdu app.
•  Attendance checking in MyJustEdu app
