Fabrication Supervisor

In charge of day-to-day activities in production operations from manpower availability, raw material preparation, production scheduling, and production assembly, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery of finished goods. Prepares, reviews, and accomplishes production-related reports

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
• Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
• Commit to plant safety procedures
• Influence and learn from below
• Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts

Qualifications:

• College of Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Under graduate with substantial experience in the role and expertise as a Fabrication supervisor can be considered
• At least 2 years experience in manufacturing set-up
• Preferably with experience in steel/aluminum fabrication
• Attention to details
• Relevant training or certificate as a fabricator is a plus
