What is this role about?

This role will help out in ensuring the proper administration of operational activities, especially in the Lubes bay of handled LubeServ service workshop. He/She will also be responsible for providing an outstanding service experience by making meaningful connections with new and returning customers.

What will YOU do?

Conduct vehicle preventive maintenance services in full compliance to LubeServ customer handling procedure - including general troubleshooting

Drive sales and profitability of handled LubeServ site via recommended automotive services and upselling of all applicable Lubeserv Express Lube service packages

Will inform customer of repairs needed with cost estimates and repair completion

Monitor all on-going vehicle repairs and provide status to customers as needed

Build customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Contribute to promotional merchandising and special events

Endorses service job orders to mechanics and assists with vehicle troubleshooting

Perform a variety of tasks as necessary in delivering customer experience w/ highest satisfaction, which may include performance of LubeServ Technician duties & responsibilities, light and heavy lifting, including tires and wheels, etc.

What will YOU need?

• College graduate relating to mechanical or automotive
• Hard worker, someone who works diligently to get tasks done and demonstrates personal characteristics, such as responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, communication, and teamwork
• Basic Computer skills to prepare and submit daily sales reports and utilize a timekeeping system
• Duties are performed primarily in the service area. Work includes movement around vehicles, working in various physical positions, and the safe operation of power tools and test equipment. May be exposed to loud noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, and other service and repair conditions. Frequently interacts with customers, LubeServ Management Team and other subunits of Seaoil
