Job Description

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education : Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 1 year of relevant work experience
Training : 4 hours of relevant training

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Collection strategies and techniques
  • Accounts management
  • Customer Service and Counselling

SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Monitors collection for member beneficiaries;
2. Checks the total payments and remittances of CA before issuance of Order of Payments;
3. Addressing and handling issues and inquiries of MB's/CA's in accordance to SHFC's guidelines;
4. Responsible for the substitution process and evaluation;
5. Diligently checks information and details on the submitted documents;
6. Conducts and presents substitution process to CA's meetings;
7. Prepares letters findings for CA's compliance after evaluation of substitution documents;
8. Keeps collection levels and prepares payment reminders/announcement to accounts handled;
9. Presents mother TCT/s for subdivision and retrieves subdivided titles from RDs, checks entries in and completeness of the subdivided titles;
10. Issues certificates to CAs and MBs for different purposes;
11. Prepares and monitors billing notices and demand letters to CAs and MBs;
12. Conducts interviews of the incoming substitute;
13. Prepares Notice of Approval of Substitutes; and
14. Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
