• Graduate of any Business related course or with relevant work experience on the same position
• Familiar with Purchasing processes (from sending of Request for Quotation to Receipt of Purchased Items)
• Keen to details and with good time management skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (as long as flexible and willing to learn)

Job Description:

• In-charge in purchasing of materials needed for production/office
• Communicates with suppliers and external contacts thru email, phone call and other media in relation to purchasing activities
• Coordinates with requesitioning section regarding status of purchase requests and ensure serving of the items on time.
