Job Description

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitors the one hundred percent Delivery of Finished Goods to Customers and prepares action plans if they are not met
  • Ensures that the Sales Order and Work Orders are issued based on current Build Plan/Customer request, Production Capability and Line allocation, Machine Utilization, and issued timely in Oracle.
  • Reports anticipated problems that may arise in Production which may affect Shipment commitment; and if needed spearheads meetings with PLM to close Production issues and Work Order related problems
  • Monitors non-moving, hold and aging lots in Production to expedite for its completion
  • Participates in the monthly Physical inventory of Production line WIP Inventory and Finished goods.
  • Consolidates all Weekly Shipment Comparison Reports to be submitted to inventory.
  • Consolidates all Monthly Physical Inventory Reports of WIP & Finished goods to be submitted to Accounting; follow through action items from the inventory discrepancies found
  • Checks & assess with the Planners regularly the Materials availability against Customer Build Plan before releasing the Work Order; ensures also that there are no Material shortages related to Work Order issuance ‘without complete kit materials’
  • Reports daily the Work Order Aging status and pushes PLM’s to provide action plans and commitment dates; follows through these action items and ensure that the Work Orders are moved to completion.
  • Conducts and facilitates Weekly Work Order review meeting with PLM’s for the purpose of close monitoring to closing the Work Orders.
  • Monitors and ensures no ‘Failed closed” Work Orders related to incomplete materials in Oracle.
  • Ensures that all Oracle transactions are done timely: Move to scrap and Shipping
  • Ensures that all shipping transactions are interfaced in the Avago server
  • Performs other duties as maybe assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION : Graduate of any 4 years course or preferably an Industrial Engineering Graduate

EXPERIENCE : With at least 1 year experience as a Production Planning and Control Supervisor or equivalent

With pleasing personality

SKILLS : Computer Literate

Excellent communication skills

Preferably with Oracle hand-on experience
