Job Purpose:
·Responsible in put away of received items, stacking, picking, packing and managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Responsible to execute branch and retail store operations process loading, unloading, receiving, bin card update and providing exceptional customer service to customers.

Job Requirements:

• Ensure compliance of safety procedures in warehouse and warehouse equipment operation
• Compliance of warehouse machine equipment operation checklist.
• Observe proper handling and stacking of items.
• Responsible in unloading of items from shipment.
• Responsible to assist in loading of items for customer pick up
• Responsible in performing actual put-away of items.
• Ensure items are placed on designated bin assigned by the system.
• Relocation should have supporting documents to update the systems location.
• Responsible in proper stacking of items.
• Responsible in picking of items accurately.
• Ensure with pick list document during picking.
• Ensure items picked is clean and in good condition.
• Ensure the items is clean and properly in good condition
• Responsible in updating bin card.
• Responsible in crating of items for shipment
• Responsible to report immediately accident during picking and stacking at bin locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse.
• Ensure excellent service in handling walk in customers.
• Resolve or escalate any arising problems or complains.
