HR Function:
-To handle all aspect of employee relation focusing on field employees (end to end):
*giving and cascading memos (to all field employees) for any HR announcements (policies/process/procedures)
*facilitating admin hearing of field employees with reported violations
*run disciplinary actions to field employees and course of actions to ensure that field operations will not be affected (with strong coordination with Project Coordinator and Field Officer)
*attending DOLE related concern
*addressing field performance issue
*conduct yearly on-site hr orientation
*attending client concern related to recruitment/hr/operations (online or face to face)
*addressing client concern related to recruitment/hr/operations through immediate actions plan and effective solutions
*attending field reported accidents or incidents together with operations
Departmental Function for (Recruitment/HR/Operations):
-To handle and monitor (deliverables vs actual output) Operations Department
-To handle and monitor (deliverables vs actual output) Recruitment Department
-To handle and monitor (deliverables vs actual output) HR Department
-Provide permanent long-term solutions and effective strategies (for recruitment/hr/operations) that will increase client satisfaction and retention
-Perform departmental analysis on things that requires improvements
-Strengthen departmental process by providing visual reference and book reference, including contingency plans for any field accidents and incidents
-Ensure and provide reports for: (scheduled quarterly)
-field employee evaluation
-attrition rates, causes and solutions
-hr encountered client concerns and solutions
-recruitment encountered client concerns and solutions
-operations encountered client concerns and solutions
- Report to the Managing Director.
- Report to the President or VP-President/Finance as deemed necessary.
- Other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must be a graduate of BSBA major in Human Resource Development Management, Operations Management, Psychology or any related course.
-Must have a thorough and a well experienced Human Resource personnel managing facets of HR: Recruitment/Employee Relation/Training & Development.
-Must have a thorough and a well experienced Operations Officer.
-Confident and with strong leadership skills.
-Can handle and lead a team with confidence.
-Good communication skills both oral and written.
-Can work Monday to Saturday schedule.
-Can start immediately once hired.
-Background in Manpower Company is an advantage (Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower) but not a requirement.
