Job Description

OBJECTIVE :  To provide administrative and clerical support to management to ensure smooth daily office operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of any course

2. Good communication skills

3. Computer literate

4. Knowledge in preparing bidding documents

5. Basic office skills and procedures

6. Has experience in procurement

7. Knows how to prepare invoices, placing and getting sales order

8. Can do multi tasking

9. Responsible, trustworthy, reliable and can work independently with minimal supervision

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Prepares bidding documents.

2. Answers phone calls , taking messages and relaying the same to management for proper action/s.

3. Does procurement process ( product availability, sourcing of suppliers, price competitiveness  and  lead time for procurement for non-available products)

4. Accepts orders placed by clients through their purchase orders and advises them  the status of their orders

5. Prepares sales invoice for orders due for delivery.

6. Informs and schedules logistics for delivery of items to clients

7. Files   documents in an orderly manner

8. Sees to it that the workplace is clean and  organized

9. Typing of correspondences, memo and other office materials  needed in communication

10. Other related tasks assigned from time to time
