• Managing, motivating, and coaching teams in multiple locations. This includes setting performance goals, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.
• Ensuring that all branches/outlets operate efficiently and effectively according to company policies and procedures. This includes monitoring sales, inventory, customer service, and compliance with regulations.
• Exploring potential new markets, products, or services to expand the business within the designated area.
• Communicating performance data, key metrics, and operational updates to senior management.
•  Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business within the designated area.

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of Business Management

Prefer with 2-3 years experience in retail, franchise, sales, Marketing, and operations

Experience in High volume coffee-outlets, Fast food, catering services and expanded branches

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality

Powerful leading skills and business orientation

Good communication and interpersonal skills
