Responsibilities;

•      Research and identify reliable suppliers and vendors.
•      Request quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
•      Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely approval.     
•      Coordinate with suppliers to track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
•      Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier contracts.
•      Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers for cost efficiency.
•      Work closely with the inventory and accounting teams to track expenses and stock levels. 

Qualifications;

•      w/ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management (preferred).
•      Strong negotiation and communication skills.
•      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and purchasing software.
•      Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
•      Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
