As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our online sales and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing sales data to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Platform Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day management of our e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
    • Ensure smooth website functionality, including product listings, checkout processes, and payment gateways
    • Monitor website performance and make necessary optimizations
  • Product Listing Optimization:
    • Create compelling product descriptions, titles, and meta descriptions
    • Optimize product images and videos to enhance visual appeal
    • Conduct keyword research to improve search engine visibility
    • Monitor and adjust product listings to maximize sales
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing
    • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotions
  • Sales Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
    • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Utilize data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer experience
  • Customer Service:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
    • Provide excellent customer support through various channels (email, chat, phone)
