MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Connect with Clients. Respond promptly and professionally to buyer inquiries. Be a helpful, trusted guide from first contact to closing.
  • Turn Leads into Sales. Understand client needs, address concerns, and confidently guide them toward the right property.
  • Manage Schedules. Coordinate property viewings and keep everything running smoothly for clients and the team.
  • Showcase Properties. Lead engaging property tours, highlight key features, and build strong relationships with potential buyers.
  • Sign New Listings. Collaborate with our marketing team to present Renture Realty’s services to property owners and secure new listings.
  • Support the Broker. Assist with client communications, maintain records, and provide tour feedback to help improve sales strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Degree in sales, marketing, or real estate management, or related
  • Previous experience in real estate sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building client relationships.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage schedules and client interactions efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client service and lead conversion.
