We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information.
Assist with product or service information and help customers navigate company resources.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution metrics.
Stay informed on company products, services, policies, and promotions.
