Job Description

We are looking for versatile and solutions-driven TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS to join our growing workforce!

If you are a Licensed Electrical Engineer, Master Electrician or Electronics Technician who has analytical skills to troubleshoot and provide technical solutions, and a heart for customer service at the same time, YOU BELONG TO US!

The Technical Support Engineers are responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving wifi configuration or system issues on solar energy inverters. They combine deep technical expertise with strong communication skills to support internal teams and external clients. Their day-to-day tasks involve answering hotline calls, responding to tickets, escalating complex issues, documenting solutions, and continuously improving support processes.

Key Attributes:

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer, Master Electrician, Electronics Engineer or Electronics Technician
  • Knowledge in solar panels, batteries and inverters is a deal breaker
  • Has prowess in English communication, oral and written
  • Can confidently speak with all types and levels of people
  • Has active listening skills
  • Able to multi-task - maneuver computer from one application to another while talking to the customer over call
  • Patient and empathetic
  • Comfortable working with a team of Engineers, collaborative and dynamic
  • Willing to relocate for applicants residing outside Olongapo City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month (starting rate, negotiable)
