Artworks design and photo retouching

Key Responsibilities:
Design packaging artwork, label, photo retouching etc.

Person Specifications

• Bachelors degree in graphic design
• 3+ years of experience in graphic / packaging design
• Impressive portfolio attachment is a MUST
• Proficiency in Illustrator and photoshop is required. (Added value skills in InDesign, PowerPoint, Excel, Blender, Keyshot, and After Effects)
• Eager to learn and explore to develop design skills
• Details minded, self-discipline and good working attitude
• Understanding of branding and brand identity
• Knowledge of print production is a plus

Leadership Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skill, responsible, team-player, well organize, self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadline
• Monitor work progress and make adjustment in minimizing design deviation

Functional Competencies:

• Work closely with marketing team / internal parties on the design requirements
• Strong brief-taking skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistency of design and quality across various mediums
