Job Summary

Proposal Engineer must understand client requirements and project specifications. He is responsible for collaborating with internal teams to gather technical and financial data. Proposal engineer contributes to the company’s overall goals by developing tailored proposals that showcase expertise and value proposition, presenting proposals to clients, addressing feedback and modifications and ensuring timely submission and follow-up on proposals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Creating comprehensive engineering proposals tailored to client needs
• Collaborating cross-functionally with technical, and management teams
• Ensuring proposals adhere to industry standards and compliance regulations
• Presenting proposals to clients and stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in proposal development and engineering projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations.
