The Technical Support Engineer is an on-site, office set-up job. He/She provides technical solutions to our valued clients in Australia via calls, chats and emails. He/She must be confident in providing assistance to our customers to finding solutions to prolems being encountered in their solar connection, inverter and/or battery performance and wifi configuration. He/She must be proficient in English communication skills, highly organized, patient and attentive to details.
