The Call Center Agent shall deal with customers on their concerns on the products of Iconn's business partners while projecting a professional company image through voice and online transactions using different digital platforms. Moreover, they shall use their knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or problems. They speak with customers and listen to them to gain a better understanding of their needs, and offer possible solutions.
Typing Speed of at least 40wpm, Knowledge of MS Operating Systems, Able to work on cyclical shifts, strong service focus, Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
