What is your mission? 

 

As a Technical Support Representative, you will be working with our Consumer Electronics Account to deliver #happier customer experience through phone. You will act as frontline staff to answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries and resolves the concerns and/or complaints. 

 

Who are we looking for? 

  • Completed 2 years in college 
  • Must possess at least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account, with 6 months in a technical account 
  • A quiet space to work at and preferably with 20 mbps internet service package (more than 10 mbps download and 6 mbps upload speeds) 
  • Good understanding of consumer electronics products 
  • Solid technical and diagnostic skills with tested problem-solving skills 
  • Strong-verbal and written English communication skills 
  • Amenable to work rotating shifts 
  • Willing to be assigned in a temporary work-at-home set-up 
  • Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City or Sheridan, Mandaluyong City
