You need to know a good developer and a great digital marketer when you see one. Someone who understands tech jargon, know-hows and grasps the idea of the role and it’s required skill set. We are looking for a recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing, getting the right candidates, interviewing and finally making that perfect hire.
A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will hire the best technology, IT and Business Intelligence candidates out there and has excellent interpersonal skills, organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with employment legislature, trends, and keeps informed in company hiring and internship programs. An ideal talent acquisition specialist can assess candidates' skills, experience, and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Completing paperwork for new hires.
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Provides administrative assistance and support in other aspects of HR operations.
A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Behavioral Science or equivalent
The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
Familiar with Technical and Digital Marketing Roles
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills/decision-making skills.
With sourcing experience for a minimum of 2 years for Corporate and BPO jobs for technical roles
