What is your mission?

 

As a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor, you will be working with our Luxury Fashion Account to deliver #happier customer experience through phone and email. You will get a chance to collaborate and partner with some
of the most important and influential luxury designers in the world!

 

You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • Advisory and support services for clients concerning the order process
  • Styling, shopping, and selection of key-pieces of the current season up to the completion of whole looks
  • Close cooperation with Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments

Who are we looking for?

  • Completed 2 years in college
  • Preferably with BPO/call center work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean
  • A quiet space to work at and a stable internet connection of 10 MBPS upload and 6 MBPS download speed is highly preferred
  • With permanent or temporary residency visa is highly preferred
  • Amenable to work rotating shifts
  • Can work from home and in Ortigas, Pasig City
