Job Description

Are you someone who is passionate and ambitious and looking to help a growing business with their digital needs? Our Member Company is seeking a highly creative Digital Officer to help manage and redevelop their business’s website and digital brand presence.

They  are looking for someone who will be responsible for developing, helping manage and redevelop their business’s website and digital presence through optimization of the business’s digital elements of SEO, SEM and web/graphic strategy.

Your job will be to work with the web designer, content copywriter and CEO in developing solutions for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on google and specific business needs such as online marketing, including, but not limited to, landing page design, website development, email marketing and analytics for our Member Company.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

  • Time: 9am-6pm Manila

  • Holidays: Philippine/Australian Holidays 

  • Paid time off: 10 sick/10 vacation leaves

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement digital optimizing strategies for the company in regards to SEO, SEM and marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Handles the technical optimization of the company’s main website and ongoing website projects both internal and external

  • Support and create visual reports for different marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Supervise the copywriting of SEO content for product pages in line of SEO strategy

  • Supervise the Ad copy for paid search & Facebook in line of SEO strategy

  • Optimizing writing to support the company’s goals as defined in the content strategy

  • Optimize the websites on-page to gain a great SEO score and increase rankings.

  • Support the build and modifying of custom WordPress themes, post and page templates, widgets and plugins in line with the company’s digital strategies.

  • Help monitor and support the customizing, maintenance of websites including testing and identifying technical problems and troubleshooting as well as performing upgrades.

  • Support the web designer in the development and building of building user interfaces and great user experience for websites, landing pages, and mobile devices as well as designing and developing responsive websites.

Your Day-to-day

  • Use web development skills to provide support to convert designed mockups into crossbrowser, responsive web pages.

  • May need to write custom scripts as needed to enhance website functionality and performance.

  • Support the management of the website infrastructure, development lifecycle and quality control.

  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

  • Conduct SEO and PPC strategy, assessment, and recommendations.

  • Develop relevant content and include the right keywords or phrases in order to increase traffic on the website.

  • Setup SEO tools to track website traffic and performance (Adwords, Google Analytics, Search Console other technical settings)

  • Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities

  • Test and implement various search engine marketing techniques, website layouts, and advertising for search engine optimization.

  • Optimize copy and landing pages for research engine marketing.

  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations

  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links

  • Develop and implement link building strategy
