Job Description

Talent Acquisition

  • Ensures on target closure of job vacancies using targeted and streamlined sourcing and selection techniques
  • Interviews potential candidates and endorses to the hiring managers

Digital Marketing & Employer Branding

  • Manages all the digital assets of HROD, including but not limited to, LinkedIn and Facebook pages
  • Ensures alignment in content and appearance of marketing materials across all digital platforms
  • Effectively communicates the company’s work culture and values through meaningful and relevant marketing message and design

Data Analytics

  • Gathers, studies and processes raw recruitment data and transform them into practical information that can be used to create talent acquisition strategies
  • Provides insights to all HR stakeholders on recruitment trends and candidate behaviors based on the data gathered from internal, external, and digital sources.

Reports Generation

  • Generates and/or manages recruitment reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
  • Acts as process and document owner of all recruitment – related reports and processes
  • Streamlines reporting processes, if necessary, and communicate any change in these processes to all HR stakeholders involved

Administrative Efficiency

  • Coordinates with all concerned HR stakeholders on reporting documents and processes
  • Provides assistance with regard to document processing and records keeping
  • Attends to other tasks as needed based on the direction of the organization / department / immediate head

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree, preferable in BS / AB Psychology, Human Resources or in any Behavioral Sciences course
  • Must have minimum 2 years related experience in recruitment
  • Must be proficient in the use of reporting tools (e.g. pivot table, analytical graphs).
  • Experience in digital marketing is an advantage
  • Must be proficient in speaking and business writing
