Purpose of the Position
Ensures that every team member is accountable and operating at the highest standard and delivering to time, cost, and quality. This role will work closely with the Supply Chain division
Key responsibilities include:
Holds a dynamic, project-level plan that shows the workstream dependencies, project-level activities, and critical path so that there is single version of the truth for all stakeholders.
Leads and supervises the project team to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Also monitors the work of outsourced service providers in relation to the project.
Organizes the project team working on the special project within an organization. This includes delegating tasks to other employees and conducting regular meetings with team members to monitor the status of the project.
4. Stakeholder Management
Holds an overall view of stakeholder (division) engagement and ensures that all parties are appropriately engaged and are providing the right level of input and/or support to the Project.
5. Project Documentation
Works with Finance and Corporate Planning Divisions to ensure there is a method for tracking project finances and identifying risks and opportunities.
•Graduate of Engineering Course / Business Course
•At least 2 years in Supply Chain functions (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver)
•Must be highly organized, proactive, dedicated, has good communication and leadership skills
•Proficient in MS Application
