-Answer customer inquiries on behalf of the company via chat or email
-Provide quality instructions or responses to be able to resolve the customer's issue
1. Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
2. Great Written Communication Skills
3. Engages Proactively
4. Multi Tasks Effectively
5. Understands Trigger Statements
6. Provides Concise Information
7. Familiar to use MS Office and Standard Internet Tools/Apps
