→ Sending newsletters to your prospects and customers
→ Creating, filing and presenting weekly reports on sales, deliverable, hours and tasks
→ Checking email, responding to customer inquiries and managing spam
→ Scheduling appointments with clients, businesses and salespeople
→ Researching on important data, statistics and facts for meetings, presentations or blogs
→ Searching for hotels, booking airfares and mapping out trip itineraries for business

Requirements
→ Must be FILIPINO CITIZEN and RESIDING on the Philippines.
→ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management or related field
→ With 1 year or more work experience on the same field
→ Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply with a portfolio or certification as reference of qualification
→ Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
→ Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, PowerPoint
→ Ability to work seamlessly with remote teams
→ Willing to work in different time-zone
→ Has strong organizational, creative and critical thinking skills to meet multiple deadlines with speed and accuracy
→ A team player that is able to responsibly work independently and collaboratively with others.
→ Highly motivated and hardworking professional who is willing to learn.
→ With strong understanding of general administrative support

As you will be working from home, please be advised that we will require you to prepare a Dedicated Workspace and certain Technical Requirement for your own to meet the quality standard.
→ PC or laptop with installed Windows 10
→ Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data
→ Headset with active noise cancellation microphone
→ A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions
