Summary of Role
We are in need of a Sales Associate to work as full-time employee with an IT company. Enjoy a competitive salary with commission. Travel Perks (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao) awaits the successful candidates.
- Do Sales and Marketing Activities
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Account sourcing, sales and marketing through presentations and visits to clients.
- Handling projects, accounts and clients, including submission of required quotations
- Meeting and / or exceeding monthly sales quotas
- Ensuring timely and correct deliveries to clients and on-time collection of payments.
- Providing after-sales service when necessary
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Work with sales team when closing sales.
- Keep the company’s profits high and keep selling services regularly.
- Creating mailers, launch online advertising campaigns, and promote sales to get customers interested in available services.
- Plan and coordinate sales efforts aimed at growing Worldtech.
- Implement sales strategies plans.
- Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Complete all assigned duties.
- HIT and EXCEEDS the Monthly Sales Target.
- Oversee several sales activities aimed at increasing sales.
- Build new customer base to maximize sales.
- Make Sales report.
- Resolving Customer Complaints
- Provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
- Handle and Resolve any Customer Complaints to enhance customerloyalty.
- Address customer complaints related to product or service sales.
- Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services
- Experience in sales and marketing an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications and has a high level of written and spoken business English
- Highly sociable, a self-starter, detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Persistent, patient, and results-oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to travel within Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao - company paid expense.
